WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be 100% happy with Snatoms. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept returns for a full refund, no questions asked. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund upon receipt of your return. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email. To start the return or refund process, please email our customer service with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We can offer exchanges, however the customer will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend reviewing this video to figure out which kit will work best for you and eliminate exchanging.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTED?
Please email customer service with your order number and a description of your problem at email@example.com and we will replace any parts needed.
